Life has its ups and downs, and it's perfectly normal to feel sad or anxious at times. I believe that when those feelings arise, self-care becomes crucial to help you navigate through them. Taking care of yourself during tough times isn’t just about feeling better- it's also about enhancing your productivity and happiness in the long run. So, here are six easy self-care ideas that can boost your mood and alleviate anxiety.
